Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a sharp Strategy Manager for Global Professional Services. You will support strategic planning, conduct market research, and build data models to drive transformation.

You will work with Strategy Leads to craft executive-ready presentations and help design metrics that track transformation impact. You will collaborate with PMO and OCM teams to ensure data-driven decisions, and use AI tools to accelerate research and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in Professional Services, Tech, or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, qualitative research, data modeling, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Research & Data Analysis: conduct quantitative and qualitative research, market benchmarking, and capacity modeling to support strategic initiatives across Professional Services.
• Synthesize telemetry & insights: partner with the PS analytics organization to extract operational data and build data-driven recommendations.
• Draft Executive Presentations: translate analytic findings into visually compelling slide decks and strategy briefs for executives.
• Support Business Reviews: prepare quarterly and annual operational review materials for global Professional Services leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with PMO and OCM to pass data models, requirements, and metric tracking frameworks.
• Leverage AI Tools: use AI productivity, visualization, and analytical software to automate reporting and enhance daily operations.
