Salesforce is seeking an analytical Sr Manager/Director of Strategy to lead market research, quantitative analysis, and synthesis of findings into executive-ready presentations shaping our global Professional Services strategy.

You will partner with senior leaders to guide investments, model scenarios, and deliver actionable strategic options across AMERS, EMEA, and APAC. Strong AI fluency and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy, Transformation Design, Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Experience within a Global Professional Services or SaaS business is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic research, market intelligence, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Partner with analytics to model scenarios, evaluate metrics, and derive insights for strategy.
• Create executive-level decks and narratives for C-suite decisions and offsites.
• Evaluate AI strategy and AI delivery impacts to inform professional services positioning.
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Regions to build consensus.
• Manage and mentor Strategic Analysts in data modeling and strategic storytelling.
