Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a sharp Strategy Manager to support strategic planning and operational research across the global Professional Services business.

You will conduct market research, build data models, and draft executive-friendly decks to show the impact of transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Strategy Leads and leadership to design metrics, enable quarterly reviews, and drive cross-functional data workflows using AI and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in Professional Services, Tech, or SaaS is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis, qualitative research, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Ability to distill data into clear executive slides.
• Familiar with using AI and automation tools to accelerate research.

Responsibilities

• Research & Data Analysis: conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize telemetry and insights with PS analytics to build data-driven recommendations.
• Draft executive presentations, strategy briefs, and deliverables.
• Support quarterly and annual operational reviews for global leadership.
• Coordinate with PMO and OCM teams to pass data models and metrics tracking frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline research and reporting.
