Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features, including post-launch optimization. The role sits at the intersection of operations, product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, guiding pricing, readiness, and GTM strategy at an executive level.

You will partner with Cribl's leadership to transform pricing models, scale NPI programs, and enable field success in a fast-moving SaaS landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization.
• Experience bridging product and market; strong GTM leadership.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication with C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT and Security data space products and pricing.
• MBA or professional business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): own launches from PRD hand-off to market success.
• Executive Partnership: advise Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness and pricing decisions.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization models for product and engineering teams.
• Measure & Optimize: define metrics, track across systems, drive post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration with cross-functional teams.
