Job summary
Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of new products and features, including integrations acquired through acquisitions. You will bridge Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to operationalize pricing, drive New Product Introduction, and scale go-to-market motions across a fast-evolving software landscape.
The role requires 10+ years in strategy and monetization for SaaS, with strong executive communication and GTM expertise.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization at SaaS companies.
- Experience in data or security space preferred.
- Strong ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) from PRD to market launch and post-launch tracking.
- Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
- Scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
- Define success metrics and track performance across systems; run post-launch retrospectives.
