Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization of new products and features, guiding them from PRD hand-off to market launch across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

You will partner with eStaff on pricing decisions, lead New Product Introduction, and scale GTM motions with AI while measuring success, retrospectives, and post-launch optimization as acquisitions occur.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization at SaaS companies.
Excellent communication and influence with C-level stakeholders.
GTM expertise bridging functions to bring products to market.
IT and security market knowledge in data space.
Strategic planning and flexible program management skills.
Collaborative with internal teams to align on objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) across launches and post-launch tracking.
Executive partnership with Cribl's eStaff on readiness, pricing and launch health.
Transform with AI to scale commercialization while removing bottlenecks.
Measure success metrics and optimize the commercial motion post-launch.
Lead M&A diligence and integration to align GTM motions post-close.
