Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features, including pricing and post-launch success tracking. You will partner with the executive team to operationalize pricing and lead New Product Introduction across cross-functional teams.

You will influence IT and Security markets, guide multi-year GTM strategies, and drive disciplined execution as Cribl scales in a fast-moving SaaS landscape. Remote-first with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong GTM planning and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization for new products and features from PRD to launch and post-launch review.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Define success metrics, track adoption and ARR contribution, and run post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead due diligence for strategic acquisitions and drive post-close integration across teams.
