Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or customer success operations.
• Balance of relationship-building and analytical rigor; influence senior leaders.
• Track record owning consequential decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload with disciplined prioritization.
• Excellent written/verbal/exec communication; familiarity with AI-enabled operations.
• Bonus: SaaS, legal tech, or e-discovery exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership, supporting planning, alignment, and execution of the department's operating rhythm.
• Partner with Relativity Success teams to translate on-ground realities into prioritization and reporting.
• Support cross-team prioritization, assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and ground sequencing decisions.
• Stay close to in-flight work to reflect a complete, up-to-date picture in prioritization and reporting.
• Recommend actions with cross-team dependencies, risks, and AI signals and proposed courses of action.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with current intelligence on adoption and dynamics.
