Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, communications, program management, learning, enablement, analytics, platforms, or technology-related roles preferred.
• Experience translating business strategy into scalable tools, operating models, dashboards, platforms, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
• Corporate strategy experience is preferred.
• Financial Services industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and executive narratives: translate business priorities into clear strategies, roadmaps, and executive communications.
• Advance technology-enabled solutions: use data, platforms, automation, and AI to personalize experiences and scale learning and coaching impact.
• Lead complex initiatives: structure and manage cross-functional workstreams, priorities, timelines, risks, adoption plans, and performance measures.
• Turn ambiguity into action: apply structured problem solving, data, leader feedback, and business context to assess impacts and recommend next steps.
• Build partnerships and adapt quickly: influence across business, technology, risk, and analytics teams while balancing priorities and scalability.
