Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Manager, Product AI Enablement to shape AI-enabled product workflows and standards. You will own enterprise workstreams across discovery, planning, development, validation, and measurement, partnering across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Risk to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include defining AI-driven tools, ensuring responsible adoption, and embedding practices into planning and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years in product management or transformation with end-to-end scope.
2+ years applying AI-enabled approaches to product development.
Knowledge of context engineering and AI-ready docs.
Experience turning stories into reusable AI-focused specs.
Ability to use pilots and data to drive opportunities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and lead a defined AIDLC workstream across lifecycle stages.
Build and scale product standards, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Partner with leadership to embed AIDLC into planning and governance.
Roadmap AI-driven tools and skills; translate needs into requirements.
Define where automation accelerates work and where human judgment remains essential.
Lead pilots and learning cycles to measure improvements and guide roadmaps.
