You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, collaborate with technology and analytics teams, and deliver measurable improvements in leadership decision-making, engagement, and client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in strategy, learning, analytics, platforms, or technology‑related roles preferred.
• Experience translating business strategy into scalable tools, dashboards, or AI‑enabled solutions preferred.
