Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in strategy, communications, program management, learning, enablement, analytics, platforms, or technology-related roles preferred.
• Experience translating business strategy into scalable tools, operating models, dashboards, platforms, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
• Corporate strategy experience is preferred.
• Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
