Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Product AI Enablement (individual contributor) to shape how Product leverages AI across discovery, planning, development, validation, launch, and measurement. You will own a defined AIDLC workstream, set standards, and partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Risk to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; equivalent relevant experience considered.
5+ years in product management, operations, enablement, or transformation with end-to-end scope.
2+ years applying AI-enabled or AI-driven approaches to product development.
Knowledge of context engineering and AI-ready product documentation.
Experience turning traditional user stories into reusable specs for AI tools.
Experience using pilots, feedback, and data to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.

Responsibilities

Own and lead an AIDLC workstream with cross-functional collaboration.
Create and scale Product standards, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Integrate AIDLC standards into operating models, governance, and learning programs.
Define roadmap components for AI-driven tools, platforms, and skills.
Clarify how AI tools reshape Product workflows and where human judgment remains essential.
Lead pilots and learning cycles to translate evidence into roadmap decisions.
