Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Sales Learning & Coaching strategy leader to empower Schwab Retail professionals with scalable learning and coaching experiences. You will translate business priorities into tools, roadmaps, and AI-enabled solutions that improve leader decision‑making and client relationships.

This role reports to the Director of Sales Learning and Coaching Strategy and requires collaboration across technology, analytics, risk, and business partners to drive measurable outcomes and

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, communications, program management, learning, enablement, analytics, platforms, or technology‑related roles preferred.
• Experience translating business strategy into scalable tools, operating models, dashboards, platforms, or AI‑enabled solutions preferred.
• Corporate strategy experience is preferred.
• Financial Services industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and executive narratives: translate priorities into roadmaps and executive communications that drive alignment and action.
• Advance technology-enabled solutions: use data, platforms, automation, and AI to simplify work, personalize experiences, improve adoption, and scale learning and coaching impact.
• Lead complex initiatives: structure and manage cross‑functional workstreams, priorities, timelines, risks, stakeholder feedback, adoption plans, and performance measures.
• Turn ambiguity into action: apply structured problem solving, data, leader feedback, and business context to assess impacts, clarify tradeoffs, and recommend practical next steps.
• Build partnerships and adapt quickly: influence across business, technology, risk, and analytics teams while navigating changing priorities and balancing speed, governance, adoption, and scalability.
