Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Product AI Enablement (individual contributor) to lead a defined AIDLC workstream and partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Architecture, Risk, and Business leaders. You will evolve product ways of working to embed AI capabilities across lifecycles, driving faster decision making and measurable outcomes.

You will build standards, playbooks, and reusable assets, guiding planning, development, validation, and launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience across product management, operations, enablement, or transformation spanning discovery to outcome measurement.
• 2+ years applying AI-enabled or AI-driven approaches to product development, including identifying high-value use cases and translating into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined AIDLC workstream across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Build, test, and scale Product standards, playbooks, and reusable assets.
• Partner with product, technology, UX, data, architecture, risk, business, and talent leaders to integrate AIDLC standards.
• Own a component of the roadmap for AI-driven tools, platforms, agents, and skills.
• Clarify AI tool impact on Product workflows and define necessary controls and adoption support.
• Lead pilots and learning cycles to measure improvements and translate feedback into roadmap decisions.
