Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of credit union experience.
Minimum of 15 years of credit union experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
PMP certification or equivalent is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

Develops strategies, plans and proposals to address business opportunities for client financial institutions.
Acts as a trusted partner to financial institution executives and educates senior leaders on digital/tech trends.
Defines business imperatives and challenges through consultations and analysis.
Performs current state assessments of technology effectiveness and digital maturity.
Designs and implements transformational programs to support revenue growth and customer experience.
Leads data gathering, analysis and presentation of recommendations.
