You will partner with our AI team to guide boards and executives through strategy, risk governance, adoption, and agent enablement. This hybrid role requires weekly presence at one of several office locations and travel up to 25% to attend internal meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years combined experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology advisory.
• Experience in technology and financial services.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops, engagements, and strategic advisory initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership, executives, and boards.
• Experience building generative AI solutions for various business partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes strategic engagements to move AI interest to high-value execution.
• Partners with AI team to guide client organizations through board strategy, risk governance, and adoption.
• Designs workshops with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and AI-driven solutions.
• Assesses feasibility, ROI, and impact of AI solutions for business processes.
• Develops concise recommendations outlining technology, steps, and benefits.
• Supports implementation and change management for AI-driven processes.
