Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Relationship Manager to support long-term partnerships with major banking clients. You will oversee relationship health, satisfaction, retention, and growth, acting as a strategic advisor and day-to-day partner.

The role works remotely within the United States (excluding California) with travel up to 20%. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 and involves high visibility within the Regional Banking Office team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 15 years of banking industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer or relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Know the bank’s objectives, strategies, and stakeholders to align JH initiatives.
• Understand customer business and tech challenges; translate into action.
• Establish wide relationships across the bank, including senior leadership.
• Lead regular relationship status reviews; present service delivery metrics.
• Communicate Jack Henry’s long-term strategy and partnership value.
• Coordinate with delivery teams for account objectives and timelines.
