Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-divisional initiatives within the Banking organization, driving the implementation and governance of complex programs.

This role focuses on implementing core banking solutions with strong project oversight and stakeholder collaboration. The position is remote with a requirement to reside within ~70 miles of listed office locations and a salary range of $88,650–$130,000, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of project management or financial institution experience.
• Excellent knowledge of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and implementation of new or upgraded products and corporate processes for foundational cores.
• Manages operational readiness and client testing to ready products for market.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project is on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for their assigned projects.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills.
• Assists less experienced peers.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
