Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform customization and architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise, multi-workstream projects using waterfall and Agile.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to ~25% and work with public sector / FedCiv contexts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and lead internal initiatives.
- Guide customers in deploying technologies that drive business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Identify risks and drive issues to resolution with customers and partners.
- Review project direction and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- Drive program vision and align with Salesforce platform capabilities.
