Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead enterprise‑level projects, combining waterfall and agile methods. The role emphasizes Salesforce configuration, architecture design, and driving AI-enabled delivery across multiple work streams.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are essential. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in standard life cycle projects for Solution Architect roles or 10+ years for Sr.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise-level project experience using both waterfall and agile methodologies; regulated industries (Solution Architect).
10+ years for Sr. Solution Architect with 3+ years in Regulated Industries.
Extensive experience configuring and customizing Salesforce platform.
Ability to drive agentic delivery with AI toolchains.
Experience leading discovery, requirements, user stories, and detailed designs.
Experience documenting business processes with process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
Strong presentations and communication skills for varied stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
Guide agents to support delivery.
Communicate complex concepts clearly across client levels.
Identify and proactively manage risk areas; drive to resolution.
Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
Review project direction, artifacts, and keep programs on track.
Drive program vision and advise on Salesforce platform strategies.
