Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to lead one or more workstreams in sophisticated enterprise engagements, partnering with collaborators to drive the vision and deliver key outcomes.

You will serve as a hands-on advisor, leveraging Salesforce knowledge, industry experience and strong communication to deliver ROI for customers. As a senior architect, you will co-create solutions with customers, product teams and success owners, navigate risks and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile methodologies across the full life cycle.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and write clear user stories and designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with multiple stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies for business value.
• Guide agents to support delivery.
• Collaborate with teams and teach complex concepts clearly across client levels.
• Identify and manage risk areas to drive timely resolution.
• Manage expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
• Review program direction and ensure extendable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive program vision and related Salesforce platform strategies.
