Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Roofing to own large multi-location accounts across markets. You will manage the full cycle—from discovery to close—on multi-site deals spanning 3 to 12 months, with inbound leads and a sales development team backing you.

You will negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, expand by adding locations and services, and close $1M+ yearly deals.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
