Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (L5) for the GFCO Programs team to own complex compliance programs end-to-end, partnering with Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, Legal and Analytics to drive regulatory soundness and operational efficiency.

You will translate regulatory obligations into scalable programs, launch readiness for new jurisdictions and products, and provide strategic documents for Director+ decision-making, while delivering cost savings through automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated domain.
• Ability to drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal guidance.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT operations and related workflows.
• Experience in Known Problem / Unknown Solution environments with constraints.
• Strong strategy, storytelling, and Director+ level communication skills.
• Proficient with program tools and data platforms listed above.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for multi-constraint programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and align with Director+ level stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable, prioritized strategies.
• Support launch readiness for new products and jurisdictions with complete mappings.
• Identify and mitigate program risks with transparent trade-offs.
• Drive cost savings via automation and maintain validated outcomes.
• Manage intake for automation requests with documented requirements.
