Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a GFCO Program Manager (L6) to own end-to-end compliance programs across multiple teams, driving strategy from planning through execution. You will coordinate with Compliance Tech, EAA, Operations, Analytics and Legal to translate regulatory obligations into scalable, durable programs that serve customers worldwide.

You’ll ensure AML obligation mapping, tooling updates, and training content are ready before go-live, while proactively managing risks and reporting on progress

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated environment.
• At least 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or related regulatory domain.
• Ability to drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO compliance areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for complex, multi-constraint programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams and align with Director+.
• Translate regulatory obligations and model signals into actionable strategies.
• Manage launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and expansions.
• Identify risks and provide trade-off recommendations to leadership.
• Drive cost savings through automation and capture actuals.
• Maintain intake discipline and documentation.
• Prepare high-quality strategy documents for Director/VP decisions.
• Coordinate with automation outputs and QC to improve systems.
• Lead urgent responses for major incidents.
