Coinbase is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (GFCO L5) to own end-to-end compliance programs across SAM, EDD, Screening, and SAR workflows. You will partner with Compliance Technology, Engineering & Architecture, Operations, Analytics, and Legal to translate regulatory obligations into scalable, durable programs.

You will drive strategy, roadmaps, governance, and intake discipline, ensuring readiness for launches of new jurisdictions and products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or related regulatory domain.
• Ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations and relevant tech landscape.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO areas.
• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies using Eliminate → Optimize → Automate.
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.
