• 6 years of program or project management experience in financial crimes or regulatory domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more complex GFCO compliance program areas.
• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for long-tail programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics and drive alignment at Director level.
• Translate regulatory obligations and model performance signals into actionable strategies using Eliminate → Optimize → Automate framework.
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions with AML obligation mapping and training content.
• Identify and resolve program risks and manage competing priorities with transparent trade-offs for GFCO leadership.
• Drive cost savings projections across automation initiatives with validated outcomes.
• Own intake discipline for program area and ensure formal channels with documented requirements.
• Author and maintain strategy documents (P/PSs, RAPIDs, charters) for director-level decisions.
• Maintain feedback loop between automation outputs, QC findings, and investigator feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead major incident responses within GFCO for lookback events or regulatory deadlines.
