Qualifications

6+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or regulatory domain.
Ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment.
Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations and related tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO areas such as SAM/CAR automation, EDD volume reduction, and new jurisdictions.
Drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance for long-tail, multi-constraint programs.
Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure alignment at Director+ level.
Translate regulatory obligations and model signals into prioritized program strategies.
