Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (GFCO) to own complex compliance programs end-to-end. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and governance across cross-functional teams, translating regulatory needs into actionable initiatives and ensuring readiness for launches worldwide.

The role demands deep AML/CFT operations knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and proven capacity to deliver cost-efficient automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated domain.
• Deep AML/CFT program operations knowledge (SAM/TMS, EDD, SAR).
• Ability to drive large multi-stakeholder programs independently.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for multi-constraint programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics.
• Translate regulatory obligations and signals into actionable program strategies.
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and expansions.
• Identify risks, manage priorities, and report to GFCO leadership.
