Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation analysis experience.
• Global, fast-paced environment experience.
• Strong Excel modeling skills (VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
• Proficiency with Workday and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structure design.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• CCP certification or progress toward it is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data.
• Partner with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to guide offers and promotions.
• Support end-to-end annual compensation cycle including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
• Conduct pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses.
• Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling, and titling frameworks.
• Develop compensation dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
• Communicate compensation policies and tools to drive engagement and retention.
• Stay current on market trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
