Verily Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Program Manager to own benchmarking, job architecture, and pay structures. You will manage the annual merit and corporate bonus cycles, partnering with PACT and business leaders to ensure market-competitive pay and confidentiality.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, CCP certification ideally, and experience with HRIS tools like Workday. You will influence compensation policies and governance across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years compensation experience including benchmarking, market pricing and salary structure management.
• Experience leading annual merit and corporate bonus cycles.

Mansioni

• Benchmark internal roles against external market data and manage salary survey databases.
• Lead the annual merit process from timeline development to budget tracking.
• Lead the annual corporate bonus process from timeline development to budget tracking.
• Build Excel models, dashboards, and reports for pay equity analyses and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update job architecture, leveling guides, and compensation policies.
