Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team.

Lead and coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to guide global enterprise customers on their cloud journey, delivering outcomes and value at scale. You will translate strategic account plans into executable actions, manage cross-functional cadence, and oversee education plans, roadmaps, and go-live events critical to customer success on AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives or technologists.
• Experience leading transformation projects across broad functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AWS Adoption through Delivery and Execution.
• Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities: coordinate with account team to pursue strategic cloud opportunities.
• Customer Enablement: serve as the customer’s cloud journey coach and advocate for customer needs within AWS.
• Implement governance structures to govern partnership and adoption of AWS.
