Job summary

Boyd seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across manufacturing markets. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will identify new customers, build lasting relationships, and educate clients on Boyd’s capabilities.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to tailor solutions, manage complex quotes, and expand penetration across divisions, with periodic international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in a technical selling role with success in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
• Strategic thinker focused on driving growth and revenue.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including market analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience using CRM software to track relationships and opportunities.
