Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients. You will maximize cross-sell opportunities and deliver a superior customer experience across in-branch, phone, and digital channels.

You will collaborate with product partners, develop deep client insights, and ensure all regulatory and policy requirements are met while pursuing branch-wide performance goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling products and/or services in incentive-based env.
• 2+ years in financial services acquiring new client relationships.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to responsibilities.
• 12+ months customer service in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients.
• Deepen relationships with new and existing customers through proactive outreach.
• Be the expert on Santander products and services and articulate benefits to clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend needs-based solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and partners to achieve branch goals.
• Engage customers via branch, phone, and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
