Santander USA is seeking a USA Sr. Specialist, Account Services to manage partner relations, resolve daily issues, and provide administrative support for large employers with money movement or audit risk.

The role involves monitoring partner dashboards, driving improvements, and coordinating with internal teams. Requires 3+ years in partner servicing, strong communication, and familiarity with Salesforce and Advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience servicing partners and large employers.
• 2+ years experience with employee benefits, TPAs or insurance carriers, with preference to HSA/Notional products.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and work hours as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as Partner Subject Matter Expert for assigned partners; provide internal/external support.
• Assist Partner Service Managers with critical needs to meet partner goals.
• Monitor and identify service trends from files and operational data.
• Identify scalable processes to improve partner relationships and outcomes.
• Review internal knowledge base for consistency and usefulness for partners.
• Gather insights from support teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Own success and serve as point of contact for high-risk partner tasks.
• Manage customized money movement processes with attention to contractual obligations.
• Proactively monitor file processing and act as file expert for each partnership.
• Maintain daily ownership of Partner dashboards and reporting to partners.
• Execute customized monthly partner processes with critical decision-making responsibilities.
• Escalate issues when needed and drive recovery efforts.
• Identify systemic issues and coordinate with Manager to rectify.
• Support partner-related projects to enhance partner experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
