• Conduct regular client appointments via in-person, virtual, and phone to assess needs and present solutions.
• Grow assets under management through proactive relationship management and regular reviews.
• Develop new client relationships with branch leadership and licensed personnel to generate referrals.
• Deliver comprehensive, needs-based financial planning aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Recommend multi-product investment and insurance solutions to meet objectives.
• Maintain compliance with FINRA, state, and federal regulations and training requirements.
