CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the Federal Employee Program Specialty Pharmacy to lead the account team, manage client relationships, and drive retention and cost-saving initiatives.

You will deliver regular drug trend and financial reports, collaborate with internal partners, and translate program requirements into improved plan administration and member experience. Travel up to 40% with remote options.

Competenze

• 7+ years of client-facing experience.
• 1+ years of specialty pharmacy experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training / equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Lead the strategic account team (account management & operations) and own client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop and deliver regular reporting on drug trends and financial performance; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Offer cost-saving solutions using consultative selling and CVS Caremark offerings.
• Formulate responses to program questions with internal partners and SMEs.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders and foster trust in CVS Caremark support.
• Translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration and member experience.
