Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) Specialty Pharmacy Program. The SAE will serve as the senior liaison with FEP for their Specialty Pharmacy line of business and interface with executive leadership to grow and protect the client relationship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing experience.
• 1+ years of specialty pharmacy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team and own client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop and deliver regular reporting on drug trend and financial performance.
• Offer cost-saving solutions using consultative selling and CVS Caremark programs.
• Formulate responses to program questions with internal partners.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders to foster trust in CVS Caremark.
• Translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration and member experience.
