Offer cost-saving solutions by recommending CVS Caremark programs to meet client needs.
Formulate responses to program questions with internal partners and subject matter experts.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and foster trust in CVS Caremark support.
Translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration, member experience, and specialty pharmacy performance.
