CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the FEP Specialty Pharmacy Program to serve as the senior liaison with FEP. You will interface with Executive Leadership, grow the business through retention, and offer cost-saving solutions.

You will lead the account team, deliver regular client reporting, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders while advocating for CVS Caremark solutions to meet client needs. A remote work option is available with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing experience.
• 1+ years of specialty pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team (including account management and operations) with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop and deliver regular reporting to clients on drug trends and financial performance; identify client cost-saving opportunities.
• Offer cost saving solutions by leveraging consultative selling skills and CVS Caremark solutions.
• Formulate responses to program-related questions with internal partners and subject matter experts.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and create a collaborative environment of trust in CVS Caremark support for the Specialty Pharmacy Program.
• Apply consultative skills to translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration, member experience, and performance.
