Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Heavy cold-calling and pipeline generation to build a sizeable book of business.
• Build and manage your own book of business from prospecting to close.
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability.
• Cover loads by securing carrier capacity and ensuring on-time execution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
