Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of freight opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new business.
• Oversee day-to-day management of customer accounts and freight movements.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution.
• Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to maintain strong profit margins.
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
• Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding freight volume.
• Monitor market conditions and provide strategic solutions to customers.
