Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Account Services-Hardlines in Arlington, VA, to drive Seller growth and deliver exceptional service. You will own joint business plans with Sellers, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve selection, merchandising, traffic, and conversion.

The role requires partnering with Sellers to translate inputs into measurable value, managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment, and embracing ambiguity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Sales, Territory Planning, Merchandising, and/or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets with a consultative approach.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience with medium-to-high complexity data analysis using Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
