Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Sr. Associate, Sales & Service to support store programs that elevate the customer experience and drive consistent execution across our field teams.

You will help design store sampling, ensure compliance, and align with Merchandising and cross‑functional partners for clear guidance. You will draft materials, maintain standards, and track program timelines, working closely with Store Ops, Marketing, and Training to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in retail operations, store support, merchandising, compliance, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating program details into clear guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, compliant, and polished work.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and cross‑functional inputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and service-oriented, able to work with Merchant partners, Store Ops, field leaders, and SSC teams.
• Ability to learn and apply compliance requirements related to sampling, tasting, and store execution standards.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn tools including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and rollout of store sampling programs.
• Collaborate with Merchant and cross-functional partners to align programs with business needs.
• Maintain sampling and tasting compliance with Legal, Compliance, Store Ops, and field leaders.
• Draft, update, and organize store-facing materials, timelines, and execution tools.
• Coordinate with Store Ops, Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Compliance, and SSC to gather details and support launches.
• Track program timelines, requests, approvals, and follow-ups to stay on schedule.
• Review store-facing content for clarity, consistency, and compliance before publishing.
