Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to support store-wide initiatives, manage operational projects, and optimize inventory systems across our store network.

You will partner with field teams and the Store Support Center to ensure programs are executed effectively and stores have the tools they need for success. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of retail management or operational support experience, strong data and tech skills, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years retail management or operational support experience.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with customer success focus.
• Strong data, technology and systems interest.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store teams, field leaders, and partners to drive project execution.
• Understand pain points and escalate issues to resolve in-store customer service.
• Coordinate rollouts, training, policy updates, and communications.
• Promote and coach on operational policies and use of store technology.
• Develop reporting and analyze data to improve store operations.
• Visit stores to ensure successful execution of programs.
