The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexible scheduling including weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards and sales goals.
• Oversee the receiving and inventory processes and SOP execution.
• Act as MOD and set leadership example for staff and customers.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
