Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Meridian, MS to lead store operations and drive exceptional customer service.

You will coach and develop a team of Cashiers, Customer Service Supervisors, Receiving staff, and Supervisors while ensuring adherence to policies and achieving business results. The role requires 3+ years of retail management, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving processes, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Store Manager in staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
