Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Southaven, MS to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams while ensuring efficient store operations and strong adherence to policies. The role requires coordinating with Receiving and Inventory processes and acting as Manager on Duty to drive results.

You will develop staff, support staffing decisions, and work with District/Regional teams to optimize performance and customer experience in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at a large retail organization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams while overseeing store operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to drive store performance.
• Manage receiving, inventory accuracy, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management.
