Responsibilities

• Provides top quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Recruit, train, develop and evaluate employees of the store.
• Develop store schedules to ensure proper labor allocation.
• Order and receive products, manage pricing and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising, signage and pricing accuracy.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventories and cost control activities.
• Execute corporate promotions and product roll-outs.
• Ensure sanitation standards and safety across all areas.
• Oversee accounting tasks: invoicing, cash handling, and reporting.
