Job summary

BFS Foods is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations in Morgantown, WV. You will lead the team, optimize service quality, manage inventories, scheduling, and compliance with company standards. The role requires strong leadership and operational execution to maximize store performance.

The General Manager will work closely with the District Manager to implement programs, ensure foodservice safety, and drive profitability across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality, fast, friendly service to customers.
• Recruit, train and develop store employees; coach staff and foster positive culture.
• Schedule and manage all store shifts; ensure proper labor and sanitation standards.
• Order and receive products; maintain inventory levels and product quality.
• Maintain merchandising standards; ensure promotional signage and pricing accuracy.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventories; manage cost controls and cash handling.
